Is this really free? What's the catch?
There is NO catch. I began my blog in 2016 with the intention of sharing my experience and knowledge with the world, and sharing freely gives me the MOST joy. There is no charge for any of these projects, and all of my professional-level designs and assembly videos are entirely free. This is my thank-you gift for the love you've shown me over the last nine years, and my gratitude for catapulting my blog and YouTube channel to such breathtaking heights. I am ever-thankful for your support and love.
Do I have to sign up?
No, you do not — free is free! The projects will appear on my blog, and may also be on my YouTube channel and Facebook page for you to see. BUT, if you sign up on this page, you do get extra goodies, such as reminders of when the Mingles (live videos) begin each day, a sneak peek at the upcoming projects, a preview of the supply and material lists, notifications of each project when they are released (via email), and some bonuses for my holiday games. It's worth it to sign up. I send my Merry Makers the best stuff, and sometimes only you will see it!
Also, while I think this goes without saying, I just want to reassure you that your name and email address are totally safe with me. I protect this information, never ever sell it, and value it highly.
Does this cost money?
Merry Maker Mingle 2025 is a FREE event — the design files do not expire or go on sale later, and all published videos remain free to watch forever, just like all previous years of this event. What is different this year, however, is that we're offering a new VIP Pass that gives you perks over and above anything we've ever offered, specifically you get access to an exclusive companion video with me in my studio (so we can craft, bake, wrap, or just enjoy the holidays together), a printable Merry Maker Mingle Quick Start Guide, a VIP dashboard that gives you easier and faster access to all of the project videos, files, and instructions, and a 50% off coupon good for any JenniferMaker e-book, course, or workshop until December 25th, 2025... plus some other goodies, yet to be announced. What days will you share projects?
Starting November 14th, there will be a gift for you to open on select days. The link will arrive in email for you! The gifts are usually projects, but it's a surprise what you get each day! But rest assured that everyone will get the same gift each day so you can make these projects with a friend or family member.
When are your live "mingle" parties?
I host a live "mingle" on select days during November and December! We'll open the day's new gift, talk about what you need to make it, and sometimes even make something easy together! Get on The List to be notified when I go live for all the fun! There is no schedule of days, because I prefer to do it "on a whim" when I feel inspired, have something fun to share, or want to share some holiday spirit. So you need to be on The List to find out when I'm live.

Can I make your projects even if I don't have a cutting machine, sublimation printer, or sewing machine?
In most cases, yes! My 2025 MERRY MAKER projects pretty much always come with a free printable PDF you can use to cut or sew by hand, and sublimation projects are always possible by ordering a sublimation print (no need for a printer then).

Can I suggest a project I want to learn how to make?
Yes! While I may not be able to make the project this year, I can at least begin researching it and I can include it in an upcoming tutorial. Submit your project ideas here! All of the projects I'm showing you how to make in November and December this year were at one time or another requested by readers and viewers, too!
