How much does it cost to attend?

Holiday Maker Fest is FREE! Each class and live presentation is totally free to watch for 24 hours starting the day and time it is set to air. After that, classes and replays of live presentations are accessible only with a VIP All Access Pass which lets you watch or re-watch the classes and replays of the live events any time you want — you keep access to the classes and live presentations forever.

So what's the catch? You need a free ticket — our class videos will not appear on YouTube or Facebook. Click any of the signup buttons on this page to get your free ticket! Note that tickets are only free until the free event begins on November 4th, 2020. After that, the only way to attend and watch classes is with a purchased pass. Where do I go to attend the classes?

You can attend from anywhere! One of the best parts about the Holiday Maker Fest is that you can watch and participate from the comfort of your home! All you need is an Internet connection and a device to watch it on, such as a computer, tablet, or phone.

We will send you an email from hello@jennifermaker.com at the start of each day (around 8:00 am ET) of Holiday Maker Fest with special links to the classes and all the freebies that go along with it. All you have to do is check your email, click on a link, turn up your speakers, and enjoy! If you purchase the VIP All Access Pass, you will have IMMEDIATE access to all classes in the event—when you purchase, we will send you an email with details on how to access all the classes and bonuses right away!

Do I need to be on Facebook to take advantage of the Holiday Maker Fest?

No. All of our class videos are inside the JenniferMaker Academy, which is outside of Facebook. Our live events will first air on our Facebook page, but replays of all live videos will be edited and uploaded to the same location as the classes. Easy links will be provided to help you find all classes and live events.

That said, if you do enjoy Facebook, we invite you to a private Facebook group accessible to all free ticket holders and VIP passholders — come join the Holiday Maker Fest 2020 Festival Hall once you have your free ticket for fun giveaways and answers to all of your questions!

Do you have captions for your videos?

Yes, all of our class videos have professionally-made and edited captions. Our live events will have automatically-generated captions from Facebook.

Is this event just for crafters?

No, we have something for everyone! There are organizing, budgeting, planning, and home decor classes in addition to our crafting classes. And if you are willing to try something new, there's a wide variety of topics and techniques to learn in the Holiday Maker Fest!

Is this event just for people who have a maker machine?

Not at all! We're using the term "maker" to mean ANY person who wants to make this an amazing holiday season. This is an event for holiday makers! And some of that "making" does include the use of technology like cutting machines, sewing machines, and laser cutting machines, but there are plenty of other classes that use no technology at all. Our event schedule gives you an idea of the wide variety of classes available in the Holiday Maker Fest.

I have a cutting machine. Can I use it to make things in these classes?

Several of our craft classes offer directions on making a project with a cutting machine—some are about Cricut, others focus on Silhouette. The great thing is that all of those classes with a free pattern offer the pattern file in SVG format, which you can use on nearly ANY modern cutting machine, including Cricut Joy, Cricut Explore, Cricut Maker, Silhouette Cameo, Brother Cut 'N' Scan, and more.

How do I know what the classes are and what they cover?

Why are there SO many classes and teachers?

This is a collaborative event that uplifts and promotes amazing content creators. I truly want you to learn about these remarkable people who are contributing good to the world. I believe each and everyone of these teachers and speakers is doing great things and is worthy of your notice and attention. This is a special event of joy and good will!

That said, I don't expect you'll want to attend ALL of the classes. Pick and choose, and meet someone new!

What if I can't make it on the day and time a class I want to see airs?

No problem — you have 24 hours to watch every class. If you need more time, or want to watch outside of this 24-hour window, you can purchase the VIP All Access Pass with all of the replays (and more).
